If you want to be sure, after deleting the data, turn cloud syncing off and on. In my case though, I also had to delete data from my second phone as well. Go the "Health Data" button in the Health app. Tap on "Fitness"> "Workouts"> "Show all data">"edit". Then delete the workout you don't want.
