Earning the Warclaw is currently gated behind owning Path of Fire due to the mount system. The suggestion is, per title, that the Warclaw is made available to those that don't own the PoF expansion. Mount Skins are only available via the Gem Store, which you can get by translating your in-game gold to gems. You get mounts from playing PoF expansion, the mounts you see on the gem store are skins for them. Those are skins for the mounts / gems can be bought with gold and you can buy those. You still need to go and unlock the actual mount in-game. Once you've played farther in the Path of Fire expansion zones when you're level 80, you'll be able to unlock the other mounts there.
