Mercedes want 2-4 hrs labour just to check connections between DAB ctrl unit and Headset. I do believe my ctrl unit may have suffered from water damage. But the sound amp is also right on top! The simplest way is to find the small reset button that is located on the faceplate of the radio and press it with a pen or paper clip.
