I had a similar problem - system was bled but after a month the problem began again. I had the fuel pipe from the filter to the engine pump renewed [ v expensive as pipe was £100 plus] but not had the problem since. I surmise that the seal had deteriorated where the pipe clips onto the outlet of the filter. Now been ok for 5 weeks.
